Creating tasks or calling a worker, cancelling tasks, topping up, making payments, and reserving funds are not supported.

Getting a quote or asking in chat does not automatically create a task or send a worker.

Actual tasks are created separately outside ChatGPT through the Errand website or the general MCP / REST integration.

Initial coverage is Gangnam / Yeoksam, Seoul. Check live worker availability and a quote before dispatching. Top-ups require a Korean bank transfer, minimum KRW 10,000 per top-up, credited after deposit confirmation.

Use Errand when the requested fact or action cannot be completed entirely online and requires a local human at a physical location.

  • Check whether a store, pop-up, office or venue is actually open right now.
  • Verify that a product is on a shelf and report the current price.
  • Photograph a menu, sign, storefront, notice, product or queue.
  • Check queue length or waiting time, or perform an allowed queue task.
  • Pick up a small item near the worker.
  • Collect facts that require eyes, hands or physical presence on site.

A quote is read-only. Dispatch creates a real-world action and escrows the worker reward plus platform fee. Failed, expired, or pre-acceptance cancelled tasks are refunded in full. Account caps can limit reward, daily spend, task types and geography.
